Alexis T. Locklear graduated from Frostburg State University in 2017, where she majored in Law and Society with a concentration in criminal justice and a minor in Spanish. After graduation, she went to the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law. Alexis graduated from law school in 2020 and has the Maryland Bar. Before beginning her career as an attorney, she clerked for attorneys working in bankruptcy matters and criminal defense. Her focus is plaintiff's personal injury and insurance defense.
